Prepaid Maintenance Agreements

Included with the agreement:

Two Maintenance inspections per year (1-Spring and 1-Fall)
Priority Service
10% Discount on future repairs parts (provide the yearly maintenance is prepaid)
Either party can cancel this agreement with a 30-day notice
Additional cost for filters more than 2”
Additional cost for humidifier pads and steam cartridges
If service is needed to your AC or furnace, an estimate will be provided prior to any work being done
You will be notified via text when your maintenance is scheduled. You may always call and change the date if necessary.

$200 /year and up

Cost $200.00 per year for the first unit ($50.00 savings) $50.00 for each additional unit. An additional 3% fee will be added to all credit card payments.
